Refund and Returns Policy

At JD 3D, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our 3D printed models. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our Refund and Return Policy below.

1. Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount.

2. Refunds

Process:

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • The refund will be processed within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Partial Refunds:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may be eligible for a partial refund, at our discretion.

3. Exchanges

Defective or Damaged Items:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, please contact us at 3d@ellenbrooktech.com.

4. Shipping

Return Shipping:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Lost or Damaged Returns:

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
